ÆRENA Galleries and Gardens invites you to celebrate Flight of Fancy, an exhibition featuring the painted works of Linda Ridd Herzog.

Whisk yourself away into the whimsical and fantastical world of Linda Herzog. Taking her time on each and every painting, Herzog pours over the details and nuances of the animal world, diligently painting them into her imaginary and surrealist scenes. On both the list of American Naturalist and Surrealist Painters, Herzog's works are inspired by her dreams and present a world full of life in an unexpected and playful way.

Herzog is a master of her medium, rendering incredible detail in oil paint, while using brushes as thin as an eyelash. Despite being a mostly self-taught artist, Herzog shows control and execution that helps perfect her largely unique style, with no limit to her creativity. Each piece is finished in a precisely chosen frame to compliment the subject.
